Vojtěšek, Jiří ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Novotný, Miloslav (advisor)
The concept of design is in contrast rectangular mass units with a soft outer shell halls. This transparent ETFE foil sheath immaterial defines the basic volume halls. In contrast, there is the austere cubic mass, consisting of a layer of vertical adjustable curtains in red, which allow control of lighting conditions indoors. Working solution is based on the universality and flexibility of spatial concepts, for use of the area is variable, reflecting the wide professional profile Sciences and technically oriented part of the faculty. Building structure enables change of any user, modification technologies in short cycles and adaptability in terms of surface require. At the is used the principle of "shell and core", ie equipment basic service core is enclosed inside, and other equipment will be easily refillable according to the needs of a specific user. The design consists of three consecutive mass communication-related neck. At the first mass there is entrance space, sanitary facilities, offices, laboratories and technical facilities. At other two mass there are halls, the first is about half the size of the other. These indoor spaces can be variably split a total of 12 identical units (for each unit are the storage areas, sanitary facilities and offices) Storage areas are placed under the hall, as well as underground parking. Connecting neck serves not only to communicate as such, but it is a social or relaxing space. In this area at the same time meet all the staff and transmit a valuable experience.
Optimal layout proposal of technological workplaces and storage in a mechanical engineering company
Janderka, Pavel ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The thesis presents a proposal of the arrangement of technological workplaces and warehouse in TIRAD s r.o. Analysis of the current situation revealed shortcomings in the current location of workplaces. Based on these findings and capacity calculations, two possible solutions have been developed. The first solution was to optimize existing production. The second solution, which was subsequently assessed as more appropriate, involves relocating production to a new production hall. This hall has a larger total production area where we can choose the machine layout to ensure the ideal material flow. Larger areas also guarantee the future development and expansion of the fleet. Thanks to a suitable layout, the transport distances have been reduced and thus the handling times have been reduced to less than half of the current state, resulting in both time and money savings.

This is the only one of the three buildings that has two storeys with six offices on the second floor. It is followed by a lower building serving as warehouses. The third property is a car repair shop. The supporting structure of the showroom is formed by a skeleton. The beams are made of two UPE 280 profiles, on which a lattice truss is welded, supporting the roof structure. The second type of horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete beams, supporting the second floor and then the roof. The warehouse building is designed as a wall supporting system. The building has an industrial character; the facade of the car centre is designed as a ventilated facade, covered with DEKMETAL cassettes. The Schüco facade system has been used for the showroom glazing.
